Originally I wanted to make a video simply to praise the beauty and awesomeness of the Lion. Without a doubt both these big cats are amazing and on top of the food chain. I began researching the lion and its activity around the age of 15 and the Lion vs Tiger subject has me hooked to this day. Before I made a video, I wanted to gather some info on the two tremendously ferocious creatures. One of the first things I came to figure out, is that the Tiger weighs in around 600 pounds. A Lion weighs in at around 400, although it is not rare to find one that may weigh 500. Like many arrogant people, I assumed the Tiger would definitely best the Lion in any battle they have. Anyways I set out to find clips and show the Lion win half the time, and the Tiger win the other half. The video ended up too short. I could only find around 5 videos of the Tiger "beating" the Lion. Four of them were pretty questionably, and in the last one the Lion was the aggressor and simply strolls away after the loss. However in my compilation of Lion defeating Tiger clips, I had an abundant treasure trove of videos. Whether its a male lion by himself, a pride of lions(this is what would occur in real life if another big cat stepped up), or even a female lioness!, The Lion claimed its throne every-time. I had some technical difficulties with the videos I gathered so these are not even the best of battles.
