Una de las artistas invitadas fue Lila Downs, quien interpreta éste tema de Tomás Méndez. Lila se hace acompañar de Celso Duarte. Pa' los males del cuerpo los doctores. Pa' los males de la cabeza, la confesión. Pero pa' los males del alma y del corazón, doña Chavela Vargas. Estas fueron las palabras con las que Lila hace referencia a la más grande intérprete de música mexicana.
